Plan of action

We conduct an initial ‘no obligation’ site visit which involves taking photos, discussing budgets and timescales to help establish what your needs and wishes are.

If you are happy with the outcome of this meeting and wish to proceed, send us a small design fee (refundable against a final order) and we will then produce a sheet of sketched ideas for discussion. We would then meet with you again to look over the options, fine tune the ideas and discuss potential costs.

Having decided which solution to go for, we provide a quote for the work and as soon as you sign the order and make a stage one payment we plan a date to start.

If planning permission is required a site survey and accurate plans will be needed, we will handle all the necessary paperwork. You will be asked to pay the Planning Application/Building Regulation Fees and cost for the plans to be prepared.
